What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our Services?
First of all, we want you to be assured that we do not read the content of your messages and/or calls made privately via Services, but we do store those messages on our servers in accordance with the obligations and recommendations of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Serbia.
When registering on our Services, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience. To be more precise:
(a) Registration and Account Information: When you use our various features you voluntarily give us personal information (e.g., name, email, company, job position, etc.) and you are not anonymous to us. That means your name and photo (if you choose to provide them) will be visible to other MatchAbout users.
(b) Social Media Information: If you sign in to your MatchAbout account through third-party social media sites like Facebook or LinkedIn, you agree to give us on-going access to your personal information on such sites (first name, last name, email and profile photo).
(c) Activity Information: While using the Services features, we will collect, and other users can see if you are visible at an event, or if you are chating on a group event wall; if you don’t want people to know that you’re at a specific event, you can change these options (invisible status).
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our Services or enter information on the pages „My Profile“ or „Event Profile“.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the Services, or use certain features in the following ways:
• To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and feature offerings in which you are most interested.
• To improve our Services in order to better serve you.
• To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
• To send periodic emails regarding your wishes, complains, messages from other users, or contact requests.
Information You Share Publicly
Some of our features allow you to share information with others on a public basis. If you post information on a public feature of our Services (i.e. Event Wall, or Match Making lists), don’t forget this information is public on our Services or its parts. We may also further use such public information you share, for various reasons, such as improving our service and providing you with relevant content, and analyzing trends.
At this stage, whatever you share publicly is available to the entire MatchAbout community, or some of its parts. If you wish to remove a certain piece of content you have shared in the past, you can do that by deleting that content.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your mobile hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Residents of the State of California can request a list of all third-parties to which our App has disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California law) during the preceding year for those third-parties’ direct marketing purposes. For all requests, please ensure you put the statement “My California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In the body of your request, please provide enough information for us to determine if this applies to you. You need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via the telephone, mail, or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information. MatchAbout does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.
EU Privacy Rights
If you are resident in the European Economic Area, you may have certain rights, in accordance with applicable laws, concerning your personal data, including the right to request to access your personal data; to have your personal data corrected or erased or restricted; and the right to object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our Services.
We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.
At the moment, we are not tracking users, but in the future we might start, and then we will honor DNT browser mechanism.
Your right to be forgoten
We respect your right to be forgoten. If you do not want to use services, you can simply go to your profile and delete your account. You will delete your personal data and all activity, documents and your apearence to various events in past. This proces is not reversable.
Children Online Privacy Protection Act
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
